Rent To Buy Scheme
New to the area, a Rent to Buy Scheme is available at Silveroe. This scheme
allows you to try before you buy. Rent has traditionally been
seen as dead money! Rent to Buy is similar to saving a
deposit for your home. Unlike many schemes all the rent paid goes towards the
purchase of the house and at the end of the agreed period (normally anything from
6 months to 3 years), you still have the option to say yes or no!
